It been a blast seeing all the chaos!. This is a great game! I've been playing on a keyboard and it took a little getting used to before finally serving my first meal. After that, I was hooked and I will now get some controllers so that I can play with my wife - would also like to try with 4 players too. I would suggest to the developer to have an easier mode for keyboard players. Again, a fantastic game.. I've been playing Diner Bros since release and have always really loved the game. I feel like it's a more chill and less dramatic version of OverCooked. The only thing I wish is that they'd release more updates (for example, pizza bros was awesome). Wife and me played through the campaign, and we enjoyed every stressful second of it. Sure it kinda reminds you of Overcooked, but like others already said, the customer interaction makes it a completely different animal even though they share a theme. One small complaint is that we had it freeze on us twice. I don't know if it is because we play it via a Steam Link or what is up since I haven't read about anybody else sharing our problem. Nevertheless, we now look forward to triple star all the challenges and getting every last one of the achievements! Also endless mode.. I decided to buy this game because Overcooked 2 doesn't come out until August and I needed something to fill the void. I have to say that I am impressed. I was a little upset at first because the controls take a little getting used to. But once you do get used to them this game is quite enjoyable. Its much more similar to Overcooked, but its the same premise. This game is 1-player friendly without having to switch back and forth between characters. You can hire help and the AI is perfect. You can buy new foods and upgrade your restaurant. The graphics are simple yet pleasing. You can only upgrade your resturant to 3 stars. I got 1 star in about an hour of playing, so I am not sure how long the game is. But after you pass the campaign you can play co-op mode. So far, I am very pleased with this game. Worth the money spent! If you are thinking about it, buy it. If you liked overcooked you will enjoy this game.. Comparable with Overcooked, yet fundamentally different approach. Both can easily coexist in your Library! If you prefer optimizing routines and coordination instead of figuring out colorful and complicated maps, this one will fit you better. For me, Overcooked can be annoying at times with overly complex maps that might not be too hard to figure out, but sometimes gameplay is simply not smooth enough to be more entertaining than frustrating. With Diner Bros you will stay in a restaurant-like environment and you are challenged with more complex orders and different customer personas. I sincerely hope Pizza Bros is not the last update and there will be more content - would surely pay for it!.
